The entire process takes 12-16 days from the payment
confirmation date for first-time customers and 24-48 days for existing customers from
printing to delivering.

Of course you can! All you have to do is log in to your TeamTees
account, go to the page titled “tracker” and track your order in real time.
We’re really sorry, but no :( The minimum order quantity is 15.
At the moment, we only offer heat transfer. In heat transfer,
the logo or design is printed onto a transfer or release paper and then the ink is
transferred from the paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. Heat transfer is a
great option for designs with many colours.
That’s not a problem. Don’t worry. We provide FREE logo and
artwork designs. All you have to do is tell us what you are looking for, and we’ll
ensure that we create a logo that you’ll love :)
You definitely can. We do up to three changes to the concepts
(designs, logos, etc.) free of charge. However any subsequent changes will cost $65 per
hour.
We print sizes from 4K to 5XL. You can view our

Of course, you can! Go to “Let’s Design”, choose your garment
type, printing type and colour and then upload your images.
We accept the following file formats: AI, EPS and PDF. We also
accept JPG, PNG and TIFF formats with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Yes. You can pick it up at one of our stores, or we can deliver
it to your doorstep. Let us know what’s more convenient, and we can work around that :)
