Custom orders typically require a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks. When it comes to delivery, we offer various options. If you're in the NZ urban areas, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 - 4 business days. For those residing in rural areas, delivery may take a bit longer, typically spanning 3 - 6 business days. Alternatively, you have the convenient option to personally pick up your order. In addition to serving our customers in New Zealand, we are pleased to extend our delivery services to customers in Australia and the United Kingdom. For all New Zealand orders, we utilise a secure courier track and trace service with a signature requirement upon delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive and sign your goods.

Missing Parcels

Address Guidelines

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your address. If you're unsure about address formatting, consult NZ post for guidance. For business addresses, include the company name. In apartment buildings, specify the correct apartment number and street address. Ensure the suburb is listed; otherwise, your parcel may be returned to us or lost, incurring additional freight charges to the buyer.

Delivery Instructions Guidelines

Couriers greatly appreciate clear delivery instructions, especially for units or apartments. Provide guidance on ringing up to an apartment, authorising parcel delivery to another person (e.g., Reception, Building Manager), indicating how to locate your unit (e.g., backyard, distinctive features), and where to leave the parcel. If your property is gated or challenging to access, please consider this when ordering and provide relevant instructions. If you have dogs, let us know if it's safe for couriers to enter your property.
